Newly renovated apartment on the top floor of a 2-story building. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with a kitchen. From the living room and balcony, there is a magnificent seaview. The rooftop terrace features an outdoor spa and a dining area with a grill. In the communal garden, there is access to the pool.
Near the apartment, there are two beaches just a short walk away. In the street above the development, there are two restaurants, a cafe, and a supermarket.
